These Terms govern your use of DilJaan Pakistan (the "Service"), including our mobile app, website, and content API. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Using the service

DilJaan Pakistan provides wallpapers and photo frames for personal, non-commercial use on your own devices. You may not redistribute, resell, or republish catalog content as a standalone product or service.

Content ownership

Wallpapers, frames, and related media made available through the Service are owned by DilJaan Pakistan or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or access controls on the API.
• Do not scrape or bulk-download content outside of normal app usage.
• Do not use the Service in any way that is unlawful or infringes on others' rights.

Admin studio

Access to the content management studio is restricted to authorized staff. Studio accounts are personal, must not be shared, and may be revoked at any time.

Availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, including specific content, at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DilJaan Pakistan is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
